Purchased on behalf of my 76 year old mother who suffers with back pain from crumbling vertebrae and arthritic pain. She had it on for less than another hour before deciding it wasn't a good thing for her. It did alleviate the pain for a brief time, however the design of the belt, namely whatever the hard, semi-solid rods are dug painfully into her body around about the spleen/liver area and actually caused more pain around her back than it helped to alleviate so we'll be returning the product.

Really does feel comfortable especially with the side adjustable straps. Gives excellent support. I only wear it when I have a standing up job to do (washing up etc), or in the garden. This product really has helped me be more mobile and allowed me fewer limitations to jobs that need tackling.

I brought this for a very reluctant person who has a very bad back and often suffers from back pain after doing any manual labour such as gardening or lifting.
