Like eating sawdust.
Hard to swallow, nothing nice about it. The bran flakes are a little more edible. Thought it would be healthy for the gut but cannot bring myself to eat any more of this.

It's great it's got lots of fibre - but why would they add so much sugar? Will look elsewhere
