YITAHOME Artificial Christmas Tree 7.5FT for Holiday Party Office Home

I love this tree! Great settings, easy to put up and it looks great!

It is a beautiful tree. I set the tree up, following the directions given, however the tree will not light up. I've tried several troubleshooting methods to no avail. I've attempted to contact customer service 3 times and have been asked to leave a voicemail.

Love the colora and it was easy to install. It took mw less than an hour to decorate.

The tree itself is gorgeous. But the base broke within the first hour outcof the box. Made from thin aluminum and weak weldeds. If I would not have had a molded plastic tree base to replace it with, I would have had to send it back before Christmas. I would not buy it again.

The Christmas tree is beautiful absolutely stunning, but it came with broken branches and the metal slats the branches are attached to that pull out to open the tree and spread out, are very loose and flimsy, the whole tree itself is flimsy. And I could tell that the tree was not brand new because the instructions paper was all wrinkled up and it did not have plastic or anything covering it up when o took it out the box, the box was also damaged. The seller is really nice and responsive but for that price the tree should be in new condition with no issues and it wasn’t in good brand new condition to charge all that money and I feel I got ripped off because I could of bought a brand new tree with absolutely no issues somewhere else. It’s not the price thats the issue, it’s the quality not being worth the price.

The item met my expectations perfectly, and I would definitely purchase it again.

Loved this tree. It is beautiful and exactly what I anticipated from the pictures on Amazon.
