Great quality, features and attachments
Seems very well built. Shredded 5lb of cheese in seconds because I had it cut into smaller blocks ready to go. It was a little messy to clean up because I do not have a dishwasher and have to hand wash the chute, the device to push food through the chute and the blade which sits close to the lid. Basically there are a lot of spaces for the cheese to get stuck so I soaked everything for a while before hand washing. However, the quality of the machine, relatively low volume of sound, powerful motor that works very quickly and well, and the great attachment storage caddy make up for that and many people have dishwashers. I had to watch the manufacturer video a few times to see how to put the dicing kit back into the machine but the dicing kit was one of main features I wanted so the learning curve is worth it as well. I didn't realize, and really like, that you can adjust the depth of the slices. That is a great feature and a very nice surprise. Its pricier than some other machines but well worth it.

Get what you pay for.
I havnt done anything but chop with it yet, but i am already impressed with the quality and function. It's heavy, which is good, it's fairly quit, and its simple. It doesn't require programing, there's no led display or unnecessary presets. It has pulse and on, thats it. The bowl and lid click together easily and it doesn't feel like assembling a puzzle to make it work like my old Kitchenaid. Everything feels solid and sturdy like a professional machine should.

Just as promised
It was a perfect replacement for a 45 year old food processor!!! The smaller footprint is great. Once I mastered how to use the caddy perfectly (3x looking at pics) I found it very convenient. I store the caddy in a cabinet and the machine on the counter. I love the dicing function! It works beautifully with everything I’ve tried it with…at least 10 different veggies. The shredding function is perfect to shred my own organic cheeses…both soft and hard. I’ve yet to mix sourdough but that is next. It will likely outlive me!

Well built machine, great dicer
I'm very happy with this so far. I use it to dice vegetables like tomatoes and onions. It cuts them up cleanly and the included pusher lets you get the last bit from in-between the grate. The machine itself is well built, seems like high quality plastic and metal. Everything feels durable. It's also very quiet. I could talk on the phone and carry with making my dinner. The caddy for the blades holds everything tightly and in a neat package. The cord is high quality, and it wraps underneath the device in a cool way. All the parts are color coded, so you know everything that goes together for a feature. For instance all the parts to dice are red.For reference in dices up about three or four large onions, or about two pounds of tomato's before it's full. It's a smaller machine.

Larger than a full size 14-cup
I wanted to downsize, but this 9 cup is larger than my 14 cup processor and very heavy. Otherwise seems like a quality build. But you may as well get one with a larger capacity bowl, size-wise

Fantastic
Love that everything stores inside, no more fumbling around looking for that one specific piece. Bought it to replace my 18+ year old Cuisinart and am very happy with it.

Very solid product
This thing is great. Very solid. Easy to clean. The caddy was a little confusing at first, but once I figured it out it’s pretty simple. Thus feels like it will last for a long time!
