the plant was in good condition.

This seller has delivered a stump of grape vine of 5 inches in a very pathetic condition. It could not grow back despite grooming for 5 months. It has died off completely. I can't understand why a seller would destroy their credibility by selling and sending such substandard products?

The plant I received had only 2 leaves , I did not place it directly under sunlight and planted in a well drained cocopeat mixture soil , but 21 days have passed and both the leaves fell off, moreover now the stem also dried and eventually the plant dried inspite of my utmost care, the plant was not healthy and the height was only around 3 inches .
