After posting my review, DEVPNR’s Customer Care Department promptly reached out to me regarding the issues I had raised about their Rolling Garment Bag. Their response was courteous, professional, and genuinely customer focused. They discussed my concerns in detail and offered several options to resolve my dissatisfaction. More importantly, they assured me that a newly improved design, incorporating customer feedback and addressing previous shortcomings, would be sent to me once available. This was, without question, one of the best customer service experiences I have had in quite some time. I could sense the company’s sincere effort to improve its public image, enhance product quality, and build genuine trust with its users. It was clear that DEVPNR values its customers’ voices and views every complaint as an opportunity to refine their design philosophy. As a mid-sized male traveler who frequently undertakes long-haul international business trips, I rely on luggage that combines functionality, durability, and convenience. My travel essentials typically include a carry-on bag and a garment bag capable of holding two suits—ideally with a roller feature to ease mobility through airports and terminals. I truly hope DEVPNR’s upcoming design will reflect a smarter, more ergonomic approach, smaller in size, balancing style, practicality, durability, and user comfort. If they can successfully integrate these improvements, their rolling garment bag could become one of the most reliable travel companions for business professionals like me.

I purchased this travel duffel because the one that I had previously didn’t have integrated rollers, and was too big to fit in the overhead bin with the rollers on. I like the integrated rollers here, but there’s a couple of design issues that I have with a compared to my previous one. I don’t like the central zipper instead of the large flap that flips over. It’s a little flimsy and not as easy to use. There is a strap that holds down your hanging items, but it’s not adjustable and really doesn’t do much since it’s way up at the top of your garments. Overall, I would say the build quality and the maneuverability are average however, it has tons of pockets and holds much more clothes that I thought. Perfect for a three day weekend.

LOVE! I was able to fit six outfits in the liner, hiking shoes, couple bathing suits, a couple of sweaters, my toiletries, and two other outfits inside the bag once put together. They are genius for making the side zippers clip together so that it doesn’t come undone. First bag I ordered was frayed in the lining, but I requested an exchange and received a new one quickly and that one was in perfect condition. Very well-made and looks nice.

We just went out West in a 9 day trip in the car. Day 4 was our nephews wedding. With this travel bag, my dresses and my husband's sport coat stayed unwrinkled and fresh as daisies. My husband had his own bag for the rest of his things, but I was able to easily fit all of my things in the bag. I especially like the lined pocket where I put my still wet swimsuit. Nothing else got wet! I LOVE THIS BAG!!!

This bag is great! I took one star off because if the bag is very full the middle zipper can be hard to handle.
