The product works for the most part, but it is NOT waterproof and will break if you wear it in the shower.Due to this fact, it is not a useful product for me and I am going to buy another waterproof product instead.

I brought this order before Christmas, and it's not working properly can I return it for a replacement ?

theres lots of fitness tracker brands and it we took ages to find the right thing but all that search was worth it.I bought it to give to my son as a present. We order it on Friday and it came on Sunday so very fast shipping when we got it , it had really good packaging and the real tracker has a coloured screen.Also has a built in charger so it’s very easy to use and you don’t need to sort out all the cables.

Say in manuel that it holds charge for 10 days, Lies it only held charge for less then 48 hrs. Totaly over tracks steps counts even when not walking the only thing that any good is the strap, The app is easy but has trouble keeping attached to the tracker over all bad

This is a great simple easy to set up and use, great looking and comfortable fitness tracker which links with the IXFIT app which in itself is very straight forward and looks good. I really like the fact that the simple functions like step, calorie counter, distance and sleep are very accurate. The only thing that I wouldn't use is the blood pressure monitor but every thing else was brilliant.

This band does it connect with the app anymore, the app is called 'IXFIT' and it fails to find the band.
