These blinds are perfect. They're easy to install (five minutes each if you're screwing into wood), they look great, they're easy to operate (smooth and foolproof), they provide enough light and enough privacy (see photo of my neighbor's house, hidden from eye-level), they appear to be weather-resistant (time will tell), they're made in New Jersey and shipped via Fedex within a day or two of ordering, and the company is very responsive. We bought three, installed them in minutes, and immediately decided to buy three more. I can't think of a reason to complain. If you're looking for outdoor privacy shades, do not hesitate to order these.

Updating this review from 3 to 4 stars. Was contacted promptly after submitting my original review (below) and a new cord arrived within a few days. Removing the blind and installing was very easy. I would order again.The blinds are lovely and were easy to install. I'm especially happy that I can still see out the windows and have good air circulation with them lowered. After several weeks, seller has not responded to either an e-mail or voice mail regarding cord replacement. This is very disappointing considering the cost of the blinds and the fact that the cord affects my ability to completely lower the blind. Would have rated 5 stars otherwise.

For the Price can't beat it. Ordered 8 different sizes over a span of a month.Each shade matched except for the roller mechanism changed a little from the first order to the last.Not a big deal as this did not affect how the shades look or even work.I give 5 stars because of the price and the looks. The lack of some consistency in the product and packaging is a little low, but who cares.Nice looking shades for sure.

Custom fit was perfect. Reversing side of chain pull was extremely fast and simple. Works smoothly. Very easy to install. Immense difference in room temperature from Arizona sun thanks to shade! Would definitely buy again!

blinds came in and were missing one end piece for mounting brackets. The instructions shows a completely different mounting system. Help or I will be forced to send these back and I need them. Ok, received the parts I needed to install the blinds and it was very fast. All works well as it should... so I will update my review to 4 starts. Thanks for the great service!

So I wanted to wait a few weeks to see how this held up, because my handyman said it felt flimsy. (He said the tube inside the roller shade was slightly bowed, as it was “probably made of cardboard,” according to him.) But so far so good. The slight bow doesn’t seem a problem. It rolls up and down just fine, and does a great job of filtering the sun on my back porch. I’ll report again in a year... just to make sure it’s still holding up. :)

Was nervous about the expense, but these shades are amazing! Each window was a different size, so we messaged the measurements after placing the order and they custom cut them to fit perfectly! Thorough, fast communication with the company & they shipped very quickly. We chose white and like that there is a little visibility still, but blocks the sun very well and offers subtle privacy for our back porch. It gets hot in the sun, but the porch is noticeably cooler with the shades down! Very easy to install which was a plus!
