Have used for a week. It has helped some of my symptoms but not resolved anything. One down side, the Velcro strap stitching is hard and irritates the skin. It overlaps the band and when I bend my arm, it stabs into your arm. It could do with being narrower so it doesn’t overlap the band.

Can be used for tennis elbow & golfers wrist. Easy to wear & wash. Great quality & support which give instant pain relief. It’s a good size to fit a variety of arms.

I bought this after breaking my wrist. Although it's meant for forearm / elbow, it's great for my wrist problem as it offers support while letting it breath. The velcro strap keeps everything secure and it fits great. It's made from quality material so I think it will last me a long time. All in all, would recommend as it's effective.
