One of the best blanco tequilas I have tried. This is not one for mixing (although you could, but it would be a waste!). It is VERY smooth and has the sweet caramel hints that often only the Reposado or Anejo tequilas possess. Great for sipping neat, or over a large ice rock. Thank you Mr Clooney!

J’ai eu le plaisir de goûter cette tequila et j’en suis vraiment satisfaite ! Le goût est doux et enveloppant, avec un parfait équilibre entre la douceur et une légère note épicée. Parfaite à déguster pure, mais aussi idéale pour des cocktails comme le margarita ou le paloma. La qualité se ressent immédiatement, avec une distillation qui met en valeur les saveurs authentiques de l’agave bleu. Aunque se trata de un tequila joven, muy bien y muchas veces me habían hablado de este fantastico Tequila CASAMIGOS, y mi marido se tomo a conciencia la cata en un día de poker que acabaron cantando jejeje así que os paso lo que me fue comentando, por que yo de tequila entiendo poco!!!!! CATA COLOR; blanco, transparente, se trata de un tequila joven que no esta añejado. Aunque es el rango inferior del tequila, y el favorito es el AÑEJO RESERVA (obviamente bastante más caro), este ha sorprendido y mucho. CUERPO: con este punto se hace referencia a su viscosidad. De esta manera se puede medir la cantidad de agave y reposamiento en él. Para saberlo, agita la copa, mientras más viscosidad tienen las gotas que caen, más agave y tiempo de añejamiento tiene. Para no ser un un tequila añejo, tiene un buena concentración de agave, lo que le da cuerpo a un tequila joven, le da un plus en la valoración. AROMA: huele el centro de la copa, ahí es donde se agrupan los aromas. Mientras más añejo es, debe oler más a fragancias como madera, miel o vainilla, en este caso es un tequila joven pero puedes apreciar toques dulces y citricos al mismo tiempo... una delicia, aunque potente en nariz debido al alcohol. SABOR: inhala, mantén la respiración, toma y mantén la bebida en tu boca de entre 8 a 10 segundos. Haz que el líquido recorra toda tu lengua hasta antes de la garganta, traga y suelta el aire. De esta manera podrás degustar los sabores según el tipo de tequila que elegiste y los olores-sabores que quedan al final del trago y reconocerás su calidad; En este caso es un tequila extraordinario, potente por su juventud, pero con notas a limón y vainilla que haran las delicias de los que lo prueben.
