In the beginning, the first two weeks, I was in love, they were exactly the solution I was looking for. Then during the middle of the third week they totally fell apart! I'm so sad and annoyed that I wasted my money. I put them on an expensive pair of shoes and now there is foam pieces stuck to the back. So gross and annoying.

Thought they would Be better than the ones I see all over the place in the stores. They are not.

I purchased these to add some cushion on some new boots. The application was easy enough and they did make my shoes more comfortable (at least for a little while). I have an office job so I sit most of the day yet these heel grips disintegrated in my shoe after the first day of use! Now my new shoes have a sticky residue on the inside. Such a disappointment.Save your time and money and don't bother purchasing.

These were supposed to prevent blisters so I put them on the back of some nice slip on shoes that were too big and caused blisters. However, after about 3 wears I noticed rubbing and it eventually became so bad I couldnt walk in the shoes anymore.

I tried to use these to make a cute pair of shoes more comfortable and not slip off my heels like flip flops, so I got the thicker size. But they didn't work at all. :(
