Well made, nice sound
A well made instrument and nice sounding instrument. Tuning wise, though, mine is slightly sharp but I understand that most tin whistles are. Can’t go wrong for the price, though.

Excellent First Whistle
This pack itself is excellent to give as a gift as I did or for oneself as a first whistle if the included chart is required. Otherwise you can save a bit by buying the "loose" whistle also available on Amazon. It comes with a simple, concise instruction sheet providing a fingering chart and simple first tunes, "Frere Jacques", "Cockles And Mussels" and "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".The whistle itself is "brushed" brass so it provides a firm grip and doesn't show the finger prints that a shiny nickel whistle does. The plastic mouth-piece is comfortable in the mouth without any sharp edges. Notes are reasonably easy and accurate and don't need very much wind power: Progressively less breath is needed starting with C with no holes covered and ending with D with all holes covered which is quite delicate and can be a bit squeaky if not careful. Tip: If D is very squeaky or cannot be accurately blown the reason is mostly likely that all the holes are not fully covered. In conclusion, an excellent first whistle for a beginner at an excellent price. The key of D this whistle provides is the key most used in tutorials and first tunes. Overall, 5 stars without any hesitation at all.

Perfect gift
This was purchased as a gift for my nephew who is obsessed with Willy Wonka. A perfect size for a 7 year old who likes to pretend he’s Mr Wonka. A great price too

Will have to tweak it as it's way sharp
Only £6 so a bargain. Plays well...sounds Oirish BUT...it's way sharp and playing to a backing track of Galway Girl you can hear it's well out. So I'm going to have to remove the mouthpiece and replace it whilst trying to get it to play 440 D. Bit of a pain and I might ruin it...but I have to have a go as I can't use it with backing tracks as it is.

Irish whistle.
Brilliant item.

Not smooth.
Disappointed. It's very "rattlee"; sounds like it's full of shards and rough spots, though it's "clean as a whistle" inside. Will try tweaking it to smooth out the notes. This is not my only whistle, but far from the best so far.
