These noodles are a nice, healthy alternative to regular pasta. There’s not really a taste difference compared to regular pasta but boy is the texture different. The texture is closer to an egg noodle where you have that slight chewiness. Also the noodles are shorter than traditional pasta. I think this pasta would be better in dishes where you use an egg noodle like ramen.

It’s not spaghetti, but it does make a great replacement. Sauces pretty well I would definitely buy these again.

As someone with Crohn's disease who can't tolerate very much gluten, and doesn't want to eat high-carb nutrition-poor rice noodles, I am so happy that companies like Zeroodle are innovating with bean-based pasta products. This one is really good. I will be adding these to my meals more regularly!

I received only1. At the price of $22.29 that is a ripoff! My husband likes the taste but I won’t be buying this again at that price! As I read other reviews I see this is a common theme, so if you don’t mind paying $22 for a single package then buy this. But if you want a reasonably priced product look elsewhere.

Great tasting, great texture and perfect substitution for traditional noodles. I cooked exactly as instructions specified and got the perfect noodles. I added good EVOO once I cooked and drained them and they kept perfect. Buy them in bulk because you’ll love them that much.

I recently started the keto diet and I really like pasta a lot, having an Italian wife and having lived in Italy. I missed my pasta until I got this. Is tasty, keto friendly, and healthy!

Used as spaghetti

I absolutely love these black bean Spaghetti, low carb, high in protein and fiber. I use 80 grams. boil them first and then fry. It is very easy to cook, I fired them with vegetables, tofu, eggs and mushrooms, and add some seasoning and soy sauce or add any seasoning you prefer, so delicious! they are more filling than other foods after eating, and low -GI, very friendly to blood sugar.

Love these noodles. The macros are great, high in protein and also fibre. Easy to cook, noodles are done in less than 7min and taste great. Great substitute for pasta if you're looking for a lower calorie option

I had a friend recommend these Black Bean noodles to me and I'm glad I tried them out. Since the first bag I've ordered 3 more batches and find they go well in veggie stir fry dishes along with more formal meals. I'll definitely be keeping these in my regular rotation of dishes - the best part is you end up with way more than expected out of one pack. When you're boiling, make sure you keep a close on on the pot as they're easy to undercook and overcook. It may take you a couple tries to find the right boil time.
