Deluxe Beds Ltd Single 3 In 1 Guest Bed With Deep Quilted Mattresses with Matching Headboard

Needed a bed for our spare bedroom and decided on the Delux beds one as we sometimes have one person staying with us and sometimes more so with the pull out bed underneath in can be made into a double and with this bed it can be done quite quickly, just pull out the under bed. (it has wheels) and drop the fold up legs and it"s job done. This one comes with headboard and two quite deep matress"s, not all of them do so quite happy with it, comfy as well,--I tried it out. Not a lot of assembly needed either, it took longer to get the plastic packing off than it did to put it together, comes with all screws, wheels etc so an easy job to put it all together. Construction seems a bit lightweight but then it"s only for occasional use so should be fine for it"s intended use, so overall quite happy with it.

This is in our guest room but I’ve tried it out & it’s comfy. It came well packaged & was easy to put together but delivery was another matter. I was given a date, it didn’t arrive so rang the next day & given a date for the next week. I asked were they sure because it wasn’t something a neighbour could take in. We were away for a few days & I got an email to say the delivery man was outside my door!! Eventually it was delivered on the right day & I’m pleased with the bed but if I’d missed work waiting in I’d have been annoyed.

Bed was delivered on time , driver Ansar, was extremely helpful, even though it was end of the day and he was exhausted. When we unpacked to assemble we found the headboard supports had not been ‘finished off’ properly, rough wood and did not even size match, and wheel missing from trundle bed. Called customer services ’Rebecca’ could not have been more helpful. Sorted out problems and replacements were sent out within a couple of day. Bed was not as good quality as expected, for the money paid., but it has been tested and is at least fairly comfortable.

This wasn't the most expensive bed, therefore I didn't expect it to be fabulous. However, the trundle base legs were not even screwed screwed in and it broke on the 1st occasion. They DID send a replacement base within a few days. After a week, that broke too. The main base wheels didn't last that long, we pulled the bed out to clean underneath and it scratched all our flooring. That's because the wheels had totally broken and the base was just sitting on the metal part of the wheel. I didn't contact the company again as I thought 'what's the point'BE WARNED, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU BUY THIS

Bought two of these. Tried to assemble the first and there were screws missing, bolts missing and the quality was absolutely awful. Thin cheap wood and materials. Once assembled the bed rocked all over the place and so I tried to ask for a refund on the second bed which was unopened. However because I was outside the 30 day period the seller refused (I was outside the period because I moved house and the beds were in storage. I now have two beds which cannot be used, a seller not willing to refund one and I'm £500 out of pocket. These beds are rubbish

excellent bed. very good price, would recommend to others. very thick and comfortable mattresses

I mean it's super easy to put together, mattresses are both very nice and thick, also pretty cheap for what it is.

The bed is very good and great value for money, sadly the holes on the base were an inch narrower than the headboard posts so I had to drill a new hole.
