Suppose it works
I wouldn't know if it works or not in terms of health benefits, because I haven't checked the poop for the new strains. Bought as per Dr Daniel Amen suggestion and using after brushing teeth in the evening along side other pro/pre biotics. Nice taste though and it is easy to take it. Didn't have problems with bloating, so I can't say much about this.

They’re tasty.
I enjoy two of these every day with my morning cuppa. My teeth seem better - the advice is that one of the bacteria is good for the gums.
