Awesome product. Great for building finger strength, forearm and wrist stability. They are very easy to use and "must have" exerciser tool kits if you want to build strong grip power.

Easy to use but definitely works your hands. I like that there are four different tensions to work with. You can move up or down depending on how your hand(s) feel. Also, they come with a handy drawstring bag for easy, contained, and convenient storage.

This works very well. The set of 3 allows me to isolate each finger and change from one resistance to two higher resistances. It’s helping me strengthen my fingers after a tough hand surgery. Simple but effective. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing fit for my large hands, the springs are smooth, and it put a smile on my face with just one day of use. The four strength set is well worth the purchase price and it is obvious that the build will last for years!

Using this upon the recommendation of my physical therapist for tennis elbow pain that started to come back again. I used this design in the past during PT. She said get it early before the pain worsens. I use this along with a a couple other exercises 3x a week and it’s working!

I like that you can build up from easy resistance to hard. However, I found the easiest one even too hard to work and keep in place in my palm. Especially my pinky doesn't reach the top of the button. I've gotten good use of them for the other 3 fingers though. I thought it was fairly priced. Trying to get my hand stronger after wrist fracture.

Helps tremedously with my fingers that were weakened by a stroke.

This is a good set of finger and hand strength trainers. They fit well in hand and come in a set of different strengths. They are plastic, but sturdy and not too heavy.
