Mushroom coffee has been part of my healthy journey for several years. Due to complications from having Long Covid I can no longer tolerate my ADHD meds. I also began having issues with any form of stimulant including coffee. The combo of brain fog from LC, unmedicated ADHD, and perimenopause has been an absolute nightmare! Ok, I'm likely the toughest customer alive, mostly because I've lived to experience true quality of goods and services in every part of life taken a huge spiral downwards. I'm sure you are like me, and noticed the same thing. I've gotten to a point where I was barely buying anything at all from anyone, because I knew that the quality was just not going to be worth the money I paid for it.So, with that perspective in mind, I did my due dilligence and wrote to the company to make sure everything was organic, tested for mycotoxins, and had high quality--I needed to be sure before I dropped the 49.00 on a bag of coffee.Guess what? Lucid DELIVERED!I haven't been impressed by anything in so long I can hardly remember the last time I was. Don't take that as a testament that I've lowered my standards because I haven't had a good experiences in a while--this is not coming from the perspective that something mediocre is perceived to be outstanding because everyone else sucks.It's LEGIT great! The taste is so smooth and delicious (I used to live in the PNW where IMO they make the best coffee on Earth and my tastes became quite discerning). I LOVE the taste of this!This. Stuff. Is. GREAT. I also have ADHD, and in perimenopause and the noortropic side of this drink is unparalleled. Will it make you feel like you are on Adderal? No, but you don't want that anyway because coming down off that stuff is hell on earth.I feel myself be able to focus far more than usual, and I can actually get things done! The addition of creatine is genius (since studies have shown are really great for women in perimenopause). There's none of that jittery feeling from coffee because they got smart and added L-Theanine.Every drop serves a purpose, and it's all packed in a delicious -tasting, focus- inducing bliss that doesn't turn you into a jittery coffee junkie trying to chase your daily productivity when you can't even remember where you keep leaving your keys all damn day.It's smooth sailing all throughout the day! NO jitters, no murderous rage because you've taxed your adrenals into oblivion from drinking too much coffee and may have morphed into a rabid animal.This is legit. Tastes great, feels good, and best of all--I actually have been remembering where my keys are!Great job, Lucid!

I've tried Ryze and Everyday Dose and a few others and I enjoy the taste of Lucid best of all. It dissolves instantly without a frother.However, the 4 stars is because of cost. A full $15 more than other leading brands. That adds up when you drink 2-3 cups a day.

This stuff is incredible!I am now on Subscribe and Save via Amazon for this product to save a little bit of money, but even at the high price point (IMO), this is worth it. I have tried several of the other supposedly high-quality or high-end mushroom coffee alternative brands in the past. Overall, they tasted terrible unless you like to drink dirt mixed into hot water and cover up the taste with sweeteners. I don't. After reading the reviews online, I chose Lucid and decided to try it out. I am going to be a long-time customer for sure. It tastes delicious and blends easily with a frother, and I do not add anything to it other than a bit of cinnamon and a tablespoon or two of creamer just because I like it. Could I drink it black? Sure. Will I? No. That is my preference, and that is how I used to drink my coffee (regular non-mushroom). Since I started drinking Lucid (in December 2024), I have not had any regular/real coffee, and my daily 3-4 cup coffee habit has disappeared. I am delighted with my one cup of Lucid in the morning with or after breakfast, and I do not have caffeine cravings or crashes like I did before. I work at night and do not want energy drinks, sugary snacks, or coffee. So, the magic is in the pouch, and you should buy some. I am going to try the Matcha next, but my favorite is the coffee alternative blend.

There should be Full Disclosure about this product. I felt like I was having a heart attack the other day. Taking this and only 1 tsp almost made me call 911. I took a magnifying glass to read the itsy bitsy fine print, to learn there is 49 mgs of caffeine in this product. No wonder everyone has a ton of energy. To me this was supposed to be a healthy, earthy form of nutrition. That's what the mfr. is stating here. The headlines on the bag should also read in large bold print 49 MGS of caffeine. Not everyone can tolerate this. They make you think your doing something good for yourself and for some maybe it does some good. But nowhere in any medical journal, I don't care who you are no one is going to tell you that 49 MGS of caffeine on a daily basis is good for you. Buyer Beware
