HUGE! I use it in my curries, chutney’s n salads! They are outstanding! So yummy!!! Because of size a little goes a long way! It will not disappoint.

I was surprised at the size of these raisins! They are large and plump (not in dehydrated form). Very pleased with this product.

***BEWARE DANGEROUS *** 2nd ingredient is SULFATE DIOXIDE which is generally safe but those with asthma need to be cautious as it can cause severe reactions, including anaphylaxis. This is the disgusting smoky taste that most are dressing in these reviews. How I didn’t notice this before purchase beats me.. Amazon somehow supports this and will not give a refund on this item. If I could give a zero, I would.

Yum! I bought these to add to my morning bowl of bran flakes. I hate the raisins in the cereal. These golden plump, extra large raisins make it a real treat!

Outstanding. Be careful, too many at one time can be a lot of fiber. Tastes great, I use it in stews to improve flavor and nutritional value, great with ceral or other foods, absolutely great taste!

As raisins, these truly are jumbo, sweet, and moist, I really like them. However, the batch I received has a strong, strange aftertaste. I identified it as being smokey; my parents as "like shoe polish". Other commenters have called it chemical or synthetic. I doubt it is every batch, but it seems it is common enough; As such, I don't think I'd recommend ordering these, or if you do, be prepared for that possibility. Amazon agreed to refund my order, and I'll be trying a different brand this time.

I would prefer to give this a "one-star" review, but it had some things that were okay. They were big raisins--that's what I wanted, but they had a strange oily surface on all of them (vegetable oil is listed on the ingredients list) and an odd smell. I tasted one cautiously, and I didn't like it. I decided to soak them in boiling water--and that helped them taste closer to normal. I soaked them longer. There was an actual oil slick on the surface of the soaking water from the oily raisins. They plumped up nicely and tasted better when soaked for an hour. I've bought other Golden Raisins from other sellers, and they were nothing like these. I would not order these again.
