Pomegranate extract.
Here on this far away Mediterranean island fresh Pomegranates cost 4 to 5 euros a kilo. Fifty percent of the weight is in the skin and pith and you still have to separate the juice from the white fruit pulp which has too much fructose. Pomegranate juice from concentrate from the supermarket at about 2 euros a liter, they use centrifuge to separate the juice from the pulp, need about 1.50 euros of juice per day but has added sweeteners. These capsules are far far cheaper, less fuss, not fattening but neither are they as good as the actual fruit juice.

Been taking for 12 months. Not sure how long they take to have effect. Had annual blood test result today. Always suffered from high cholesterol despite being slim & eating healthily. I refuse to take statins, Doc says all my organs are very healthy. Cholesterol dropped from 7.1 to 5.9! Only take 2 tabs each morning.
