Surprisingly quite good
Surprisingly much better than I expected the quality to be. Weighed in great for the HS boys state meet. Swivel is quite smooth for the price you pay. Also works great as a training ball. Has lasted quite well through some hard training.

It's a hammer, it throws like it should. Great for teaching beginners. Made length and weight.
