Nice soap no irritation

I’ve been using this for just over a month now, and I absolutely LOVE it. I had stopped using soaps years ago because I found they were too drying, and made my skin feel uncomfortable. But this soap is wonderful. I’ve always loved the smell of coal tar soap, ever since I was young, so this brought back memories. In my opinion it’s not overpowering, although if you’re not used to it, it might seem a little strong at first. But I personally love the smell when I walk into the bathroom.As for my skin, it’s never felt or looked better. This soap has even reduced and in many cases completely got rid of annoying skin tags and blemishes, which I thought I’d be stuck with forever. After a shower my skin feels immediately squeaky clean, which then softens and feels so smooth and lovely, almost as though I’ve used a moisturiser. I have no hesitation in saying that this is the best soap I’ve ever used, and I will make sure I never run out that’s for sure. It lathers up wonderfully on my exfoliating shower towel, and I’m still only half way through one bar after a month of daily use.Totally brilliant.

Real old time soap with a memory evoking perfume. Wouldn’t use any other.

used this years now no perfumes and other smells in just clean what more do you need

Your reaction depends entirely on your response to tar - or marmiteIn the early days of the flu panic, I was looking for anti everything soap - you know the rest of that storyI then had a memory of this soap, thought it would have been banned by the EU and was rather surprised to find it was still made and still available and was very reasonably pricedAnything that smells like this must be doing you good - I'm surprised that the tango'd trump doesn't flake it and snort itThe smell however is rather persistent and you may find yourself re-washing prior to dinner!

Excellent soap is a repeat order for me. The smell takes me back to early family home and makes me smile.

I have used this since I was a Tacker in the 1950's.......an excellent refreshing Soap delivered as promised.

I have used this soap since I was a boy on and off . I have never found a soap that smells clean and wholesome !If you need to wash away your sins Id use this lol ! Or even if you just want to feel and swmell so fresh !
