Super happy! The scooter arrived with a broken part and the seller immediately arranged pick up and a replacement arrived by the end of the week!! Haven't tried it but cannot wait to!!

The unit is made in Taiwan! Japan is best, #1, Taiwan is #2 in the world!Reliable, tough, small enough to go anywhere. I am 330 LBS and have had mine for 3 years, no issues!All other mobility scooters made in China or have Chinese parts-Bad/unreliable!!Get extra batterys from Go Mobility.com, open box, chargers as well or discount coupon!!Love this scooter, going to buy second one for other car and third for motor home!Get the 10.2 amp hour battery, it can go on planes with scooter, FAA approved! 16.2 amp hour not approved.Keep clean spray a little wd-40 on all threaded bolts, nuts, and adjustment mechanisms. Tighten all nuts and bolts every 6 months for extra security!I use it on gravel and dirt roads! Tough!Do not use to cross hillsides, you'll tip over! Stay on level surfaces or go directly up or down slopes! If your concerned or want extra safety use a certified, excellent rated, expensive bike helmet! Cheap one is better than nothing! I've tipped over two times adventuring! No fun, it hurts!Best scooter I have ever used! My others are either made in China or have many Chinese parts! THEY BREAK DOWN AND I'M Stuck there wherever!!🥺😰🥵☹️😖🥶🤬😭
