This is actually a tough question. The label states that each can makes 18-20 servings, 130 calories per serving with 380mg sodium. Each can is 33oz, so there is overfill.The pancake recipe says that each cup of mix makes 5-6 plate sized pancakes, what size plate they don't say, but ours are @5" pancakes and we get 5 per batch. Mathematically,that would make a serving size of 1.25 pancake PER SERVING. ONE CUP PANCAKE MIX YIELDS 5 PANCAKES, 33/8 => 4 CUPS PER CAN = 20 PANCAKESYou can make pancakes or waffles with this mix(we get three big belgian waffles per double recipe). The pancakes use buttermilk, while the waffles use water. That means the nutrition facts are inconsistent, I don't know if the label is quoting nutritional facts on the mix alone or with the recipes.My guess is the label is quoting the mix alone, so my answer is 380mg or 16% of a 2000cal diet.For the whole picture, you need to factor in eggs, butter(we use unsalted), and buttermilk.I've never actually seen anyone eat ONE pancake for breakfast, so your sodium content doubles to 760mg with 2 pancakes

The nutrition panel for the 33 oz canister states it will make 19 servings. We estimate the can would probably make about 20-25 pancakes of average size.
