For years, I’ve used a spoon to separate fat from meat broth. Suddenly, I ran into this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try. It was my lucky day!! It changed the way I degreased my broth, it’s easy to use and functional. And it doesn’t leak after pouring the broth in the cup. I was skeptical to wash in the dishwasher but it come out clean and safe, as you can see on the picture. So far it passed all my tests, and must give 5 big star! As Mother’s Day is approaching, this will be the ideal gift for my mom! And I’ll be buying couple of extras for my friends and family members.

I make my own chicken stock and bone broth when I cook and this product is rally a game changer for me. Separating the fat was always a challenge until I finally solved it with, literally, a push of a button. The product appears to be a high quality with a solid mechanism for sealing the opening at the bottom. I tested it by leaving it full with liquid overnight and there were no leaks or mess in the morning. Overall I’m very pleased with the quality and functionality of my new kitchen buddy. Thank you!

I received the order on time but it has no directions and I have no idea how to use it

I like this fat separater. I do wish it had a fine screen to strain more particles out of gravy, stock, etc.

Purchased in August 2018. I’ve used it less than a half a dozen times and the red seal that you drain from at the bottom is not sealing when not in use. It leaks with a heavy even flow before you ever press the handle to drain.I’m so sad because it worked just great the first few times and now not at all.

This separator does the trick! We used it the other night for the first for a meat gravy we were making. It made it so quick and easy for me to separate the grease and fat from the rest. A lot less mess too.

The unit was DOA the Lifting mechanism was froze or may be glued and would not move. This saying not a very good thing for their quality control.

I frequently cook chicken in my slow cooker and this gadget is the best for getting rid of the fat. It works! Simply pour the cooking juices into the container and the fat immediately goes to the top. Then push the button on the handle which opens the hole in the bottom, letting you empty the broth into another container sans the grease.
