For £202 I'd expect much better than this. Its basically just a pour over coffee maker which has a built in scale under the jug. However despite downloading the app on two android devices nether would connect to the coffee maker. It kept telling me that the product could not be paired. So with not being able to connect to the app the scales and any other info could not be accessed.The instructions are extremely poor. They're brief English translated with pictures in a pamphlet. For the product price I expected full informative instructions.To use you just put a paper filter into the ceramic cone and pour on water and allow to drip into the jug. You can adjust the flow via the gold coloured knob. The jug is single walled so does get hot to touch.The cold brew filter arrived with a vertical crack and smashed rim. The base has a thick rubber pad which had been lifted near to the USB port. I suspect I was sent a return because in the pamphlet it says the device had a red or blue light when plugged in but you cannot see any light at all. This is why I think I've had a returned item because it looks like its been lifted for someone to look for said light.It's basically a very expensive pour over coffee maker. I have a pour over one which was about £25 and does exactly the same thing. Now whether the app is full of wonderful recipes and information (I'm doubting it) this is a product that is ridiculously overpriced. I'd suggest if you have £202 buy a good coffee machine instead.
