It leaked at first till I figured out how to seal it o ring misaligned but works well use it for my coffee in the morning

I followed all the directions, worked great for about a day, after that it was leaking EVERYWHERE, no matter how I opened and re-closed the bottom it leaked. So disappointed!

Fine product but where do you find the replacement filters? Don't see them here on Amazon!

It leaks bad, the bottom of the bottle falls off, and it's the worst water bottle I have ever bought. Don't waste your money.

It's very tedious and time consuming to just alkaline such a small amount of water but the glass bottle is nice...

I can not comment on this product other than I arrived quick. It was well packed and it looked sturdy. I wasn't the product that I needed.

I find it odd that you have to put in hot water but have got used to that routine now.I like the taste it’s soft and slightly sweet.
