Great stuff makes great pies without the fuss

Easy pastry
I love Jusrol pastry as it's so much easier than making my own. I wish they'd put just a little more pastry in the packs as one block isn't quite enough for a pie bottom and lid, but 2 blocks are wasteful as I have to throw a lot away. This puff pastry is lovely; very tasty, easy to use, convenient to have a pack in the fridge or freezer for when its' needed. My husband will not have shortcrust pastry pies now as he enjoys this so much.

Good pastry and good rise. Poor packaging
Why oh! why can't they separate the two blocks inside the packet? Then you could save one for future use instead of having to let it defrost to be able to hack them apart. So value for money - nope! Does cook well and the rise is good, as is the taste but the pack is not convenient at all.
