The item is great - I've been using it for several years. This time it was shipped in a padded envelope and was leaking all over the inside, so I have to return it and replace it.

Have thinning hair. Only been using a few days; but my hair definitely feels fuller. It may not cause hair growth, but the fullness is great. Because my hair is fine, rarely use conditioner, but when I use it, I apply it prior to shampooing, let it set a few minutes, rinse, then shampoo.

Definitely love this set for hair growth - which is what I was looking for due to my balding spot. It has noticeably improved my hair growth from follicles that were stagnant. Though I’ve noticed my hair is drier since using.

First shampoo not to lathering had to use a bit. I have hair down to my waste. But it's thinning. Shampooleaves hair very dry. Like straw. Make sure you get the conditioner. Shampoo burned the side of my temples when was using. But no red marks left. And I tried on other parts of my face. Nothing. I tried on my legs nothing. So little odd there. The cap was broken and safety tab off on shampoo. Not impressed with this. It smells horrid. The conditioner smells better. Will give it a couple months see if any difference or if my hair falls out ! So far not impressed with the shampoo or the shipping.

I have been on a natural kick lately, replacing a lot of artificial things at home with Natural remedies and products, was looking into a hair conditioner and shampoo that was natural and I ran into this. Yes, the price is a little debatable but I think it's well worth it, it comes in a great bulk amount, you don't need much of it per time because it comes out real thick. The ingredients are natural and crazy enough, it has a very strong mint/peppermint smell to it so after the shower, your hair feels smooth, soft, thicker, cleaner and it carries that mint scent within it's roots, I am unsure about any hair growth coming back but I am confident that it will definitely promote hair growth specifically because the natural ingredients inside are ALL for your hair health. You will find many products that speak about hair regrowth and anti-balding, etc. Personally, I am confident this will eventually cause missing hair to come back ( opinion ), but as far as the ingredients, I looked all of them up to see what they do for hair and they all help growth and support your hair health. This product helps hair growth, texture and better yet, no chemicals are involved, it's natural so you know there won't be any surprises down the road.

this shampoo was harsh on my scalp, I had scaly open blisters, they literally bleed out, oil clumps up. I had no improvement using this shampoo though I rinsed out well it just doesn't do well. I am not sure why there's such false advertisement that this product works it doesn't work at all.
