We LOVE this to clean our glasses and jewelry!!! Seeing the dirt and such floating in the water afterward and honestly very satisfying. Super functional, fast, no leakage and looks sleek on our countertop!

This machine is impressive. If I would’ve known I would have bought earlier. It’s very functional. We put everything in there from eye glasses to all kinds of jewelry. Leave everything shiny and clean in a small amount of time and without a mess. Also it a small size so easy to store. It doesn’t produce any kind of smell

Works really well for cleaning rings at least (I haven’t tried putting anything else in there). I ended up having to run it on the 7 minute cleaning cycle twice to get all of the grime off my ring since it was really dirty. I also used the special solution that is sold separately. My ring pretty much looks brand new now, and I was very surprised at how it was able to knock the grime out of all of the little nooks and crannies since my ring is by no means easy to clean. The product was very easy to use — you basically just fill it up, plop your item in, set the cleaning cycle and let it do its thing. I attached some side by side comparisons for the skeptics.

I was a bit surprised how well it cleans up jewelry. Practically leaves jewelry so clean that it looks brand new. Light dirty items it cleans very well. If it’s an item that has very thick amount of grime on it will take more time to clean and some hand cleaning as well. I have done about 8-10 batches of rings, bracelets, necklaces, key charms. So around 40 items. The water gets very dirty by the 4-5th 7 min cycle so by then I unplug it and carefully toss the water out without any water getting into the plug side of the device. I pour in some Dawn Apple Blossom soap and it works so well to clean the jewelry. I will research and look into other cleaning solutions to pour in and try out. Only cons is that it’s difficult to get the water out. Have to carefully move slowly to not let it spill everywhere. I go outside to empty it. The inner metal tub has scratches in it from the jewelry but not really a big deal. Might have been the diamond rings that caused that. I hope it last a couple good years. It has come in handy with all the jewelry I had to clean. Will for sure use it to clean other things that will fit in it. Would give it 5 stars if it was easy to get rid of the dirty water. So far happy with this purchase. Will update review if anything negative occurs.

works great... just received it and cleaned my diamond and gold and platinum rings as well as my mesh s/s watchband.. I had to go thru a few cycles to get the amount of cleaning needed, but that's on me for waiting too long. Very happy I purchased. BTW, used only a drop of blue Dawn.. (didn't have liquid cleaner on hand).. Note.. I does NOT clean off tarnish on Sterling. (NOT SUPPOSED TO if you read the directions)

This is my fav 2025 item. So easy to use and truly works! I could truly says it brings the shine back to jewelry… and gets them CLEAN. I’ve even put my glasses and sun glasses in here. Works like a charm. I use it about once a month when I need a refresh. Super quick with the 5min & 7 min setting. I’ve only used 7 for bulkier items and barely do 5 for my earrings.

After doing my research, including speaking with a family member that is a professional jeweler, I decided to take a leap on a less expensive, ultrasonic jewelry cleaner that does have a metal basket. It worked great! My daughter tried it with water only, and cleaned her gold snake chain that looked perfectly clean. It was amazing the amount of crap that came off the jewelry, actually causing the water to be murky when the process was complete. She also cleaned her engagement ring, and said she could see particles lifting off of the ring between the stones with the bubbles! Two other people in our family are recently engaged, and I will be buying more of these! This is also small and a very convenient size for storage when not in use

Reviewing from UAE. I ordered the product and must say it is of very good quality but not compatible with 220-240 Volts markets like UAE, Pakistan, India etc. The product gallery does not mention this.
