Defective Product
The Item was defective when delivered. The lights were not working. The crystals were falling off from Budhha statue. It looked like a used product as it had scratches at the bottom. We immediately placed the return of this product but they picked up after multiple follow ups on 17th Apr. Now the order status is again showing as “delivered” although the item was returned. Still did not receive the refund yet. Not getting any propoer response from Seller & Amazon. NEVER PLACE ANY ORDER for this item.

Happy with this item. Looking beautiful. Easy to assemble. Good quality. Soothing and calm feel. Light was suddenly failed due to some electrical fault so we have to call an electrician and he has replaced the light. Otherwise no issues. Working property.
