Great customer service and quality product. The first tablet I received was in perfect physical condition but had an occasional software glitch, seller tech support helped me try a few fixes, and when those didn't work arranged a prompt return/replacement. The replacement shipped quickly and was also in mint condition, battery life is great, and the S pen that came with it is perfect too. Would highly recommend this seller.

My tablet came well packaged in a generic box with very secure wrapping that could be described as bubble-wrap on steroids. I couldn't find a dent or scratch on the tablet anywhere I looked. It could have passed for new (apart from the generic packaging) except for some smudges on the back side, the exclusion of a matching beige s-pen (I got a black one), and the omission of a SD card tray ejection pin, all of which though noteworthy, are actually minor things in the end. Build quality is excellent. I have a few budget tablets and wanted to get something nice for a change. This is it! This nearly 3 year-old tablet has aged impressively well, and I would consider it an excellent value given its many premium features. On anorher note,I also ordered a nice Poetic brand "turtleskin" case for it, which makes it a bit heavy and a bit of a handful to hold given the size of the tablet. I will support the bottom of the tablet on my lap or belly for better stability. The tablet came in good condition and well packaged in double layer of foam packaging. The tablet has functioned flawless so far. It actually came with a genuine Samsung S pen and not a generic version and fully functions unlike some over reviews have stated. The reason this review gets 4 instead of 5 stars is I do not think the tablets physical condition matches the listed excellent quality standards. While the screen has zero imperfections all 4 corners of the back of the tablet have notably visible scuffs even from a great distance. Amazon states excellent condition has no visible dents or scuffing from 12inches away. This however is minor cosmetics and does not impact functionality of the device. I will update this review if anything changes in the major functionality.

Tablet came securely packaged and the driver left it in the screen door so nobody walking by would see it. The tablet has no scratches on the front or back and is working perfectly I love it I got the s pen too I just didn't put it on for the pictures

Not gonna review the Tab S9. You can research that with ChatGPT or Google AI. This is strictly a review of a renewed Tab S9 purchased thru Amazon. The one I ordered was supposed to be in excellent condition, And it was. Looked brand new. Did not come in the original box nor did it come with any instructions/warranty card etc. Wasn't expecting that. Only thing that wasn't perfect is the stylus. It will not charge or connect with the tablet. I am going to reach out to the seller (in my case it was Edge Cellular but delivered and backed by Amazon) and see if they have suggestions or can offer a swap. Otherwise Edge Cellular did a superb job and the actual tablet was as described - excellent. What's better than excellent? Kudos to Edge Cellular. I will let you know if there is any resolution to the stylus issues). IMPORTANT UPDATE. I received an email from Edge Cellular. They are sending a replacement stylus. GREAT customer service!! Thank you Edge Cellular. It is really really really rare that I get this effusive about a vendor. But when they provide service above and beyond the call then they should be recognized. Update again. Edge Cellular followed through on their promise and promptly delivered a replacement stylus. Thanks!!!! Full disclosure: I do not work for Edge Cellular. Or Amazon. Or anyone LOL.

I returned a S9 which had some problems but it was packaged so nicely they really took care of it. I then saw the S9+ same price yet I got it tiny bit cheaper. Mine like someone elses was just flopping in the box. Had a thin bubble rap just aweful. Had left over tap on it. Took me less then 2min to make it look mint. I did like the fact it stil had that thin protected tape round the edges? Yeah. This one came with the right color of PEN. The S9 Beige had black pen.. not biggie. I would not buy from this one again

La tablet llegó en muy buen estado, no trajo empaque original. Pero esta completamente funcional. El Spen funciona pero no se conecta, para las acciones por Bluetooth pero es completamente funcional para escribir y mover la pantalla. Entiendo que para que funcione Bluetooth debe ser el spen pro pero este es el estándar. Por lo demás y por el precio excelente compra. 100% recomendado.
