Hold up well so far and a great cost for two.

The product is unusable. When assembled gas rod and chair tray did not work to raise stool. I contacted seller and they promptly sent new gas rod and chair tray. When new part’s assembled same problem. Stool can’t be raised from lowest level. Contacted seller again and they sent whole new stool. Had a different friend attempt assembly with same results. Stool cannot be raised. After first failed attempt seller offered me 10% refund and asked if I could get someone to “fix” stool. I refused. Seller asked me to explain in words problem which I have done two or three times. They act like they don’t understand and want me to send video to a nonAmazon linked email which I am reluctant to do. One video I sent was in invalid format the other seller claims does not show problem. How does one show a non working hydraulic pump other than a lever that moves up and down without lifting stool. Seller has now indicated they will send another stool but I have two non working stools that cannot be disassembled to fit in original cartons for return. Why would I want a third one? I plan to order another stool from a different vendor. In past years I’ve purchased three stools with no problems other than cheap wheels which break too soon. Also friend who assisted me with first stool said seller’s instructions too vague.

Love this stool. It is a perfect height for a small computer nook. It is durable when my kids take a ride on it too. Easy to adjust height and is strong and easy to put together!

Not very sturdy only used 2 mths and the whole plastic bottom broke out of it.
