Easy to install, works great on our Heat & Glo gas fireplace and the price was right! Am happy!

The module looked and installed like the original. However, I'm not sure that it's as well built as the original. The first thing that I noticed was that the flame in the fireplace did not appear to be as high as it had been in the past on the same levels. But I thought maybe I could be wrong. Then I tried decided to test the module with the battery pack backup. I installed new batteries and tried the manual switch but noting. I then tried the remote with the battery backup and still nothing. I tried several times and made sure all settings and switches were correct, checked fuses etc. but was never able to get it to work with the battery backup so I returned the module. I will try an OEM part and update the review once I do.
