Sweet & spicy, but not overly powerful
This was the first time I bought this product. I found the packaging worked great and I really liked the resealable cap. The product itself was very tasty, a combination of sweet and spicy. It has some heat, but not overly powerful. So far I've used it in a soup and a marinade. Both turned out great. Would recommend trying this product.

Tastes great. Packing sucks.
Tastes great! The packaging is AWFUL. The first time is arrived the package was split open. Then I got a new one and getting the paste out is a mess. I would highly recommend changing it.

This review is for Tzum Essen gochujang in a resealable squeeze container.Convenient for blasting into foods beyond just your conventional bibimbap over the typical tubbed container found in grocery stores. A quick, savory, slightly sweet and spicy paste that blends well into soups or stirfry dishes. More runny and less pasty makes it easier to work with but a bit less dense in flavor. All in all a great product!
