I absolutely love my GreenPan waffle maker! From the moment I unboxed it, the quality stood out — it feels solid, well-built, and thoughtfully designed. The non-stick coating works exactly as advertised — waffles slide out easily with no sticking and clean-up is a breeze. It heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, so every waffle comes out golden and perfectly cooked. Whether I’m making thick Belgian waffles or thinner breakfast-style ones, the results are consistently great. The cool-touch handle and indicator lights make it easy to use, even for beginners. I also appreciate the easy maintenance — a quick wipe with a damp cloth and it’s ready for next time. Given the performance and durability, the price feels very reasonable compared to other waffle makers I’ve tried.

The most perfect waffle iron! This waffle iron is worth it! The non-toxic ceramic plates were the #1 reason that I purchased it I did my research and I’m so thankful that I did! Don’t limit yourself to waffles… This morning I put a piece of almond flour tortilla on the bottom… Mixed together a egg a tiny bit of butter and a little bit of cottage cheese and spinach and poured that on top of the tortilla. Perfection! It popped right out and was absolutely delicious! Everything I’ve cooked in here has turned out perfect… So thankful

I really tried to fight my waffle craving but it turned into me purchasing a waffle iron. I was hesitant about buying it at first, unfortunately by being lied to (only two left in stock) I got it. Literally right after that, it magically changed to 20. Great marketing. It arrived very fast, in a brown box, great for me because I love to hide packages. Upon opening it, I noticed a few hairline scratches, it’s no big deal to me because it’s for cooking not to look pretty. I absolutely love it and how easy it is to use overall. It heats up fairly quickly and cooks my waffles perfectly based on my personal setting. I love how I can switch out the plates to whatever I’m in the mood for. Clean up is easy and it’s easy to shove it out of my way. I like to cook when no one is around to beg, the only complaint is the beeping noise lol. I plan to try every recipe I can think of, but so far I’ve been stuck on blueberry and banana nut.

Well made and easy to use. This is a great little machine (I got the two waffle one). The automatic cooking when making multiple batches works well and the preheat signal and done signal is loud enough to hear! Preheats fast and is quick to make multiple batches with no down time between batches. Storing the extra irons under the unit is a bit tricky so I recommend putting a paper towel between the faces of the plates so they don’t get scratched because the storage mechanism tightly presses them together. Note: there is a latch to keep the unit locked closed for carrying by the handle, and that is locked when you unbox it. The lock is under the left handle, so be sure to remember to open that because it is nowhere mentioned in the instructions. When I’m the crisp cycle it crisps/browns one side a bit more than the other, but that is inconsequential.

Initially so happy to have found a waffle iron with removable plates, without poisonous anti-stick stuff, but ceramic coating instead, for "classic" (not so deep as Belgian) waffles. I bought several other ceramic waffle irons in the past, but none worked really well. This one worked great! Until... after using it just 6 times, I was about to pour batter onto the plate, when the sizzling searingly hot top plate dropped from the open lid, barely missing my hand, falling down with a loud bang on my kitchen table! I had securely clicked the plate in place on the day I received the wafflemaker and had used it fine until then. After it had cooled down, the plate would no longer stay put in the lid, no matter what I tried. I then tried the other set of plates (the Belgian ones) but these had the same issue. The plate appeared to click in place, but one second after opening the lid the plate came loose again. I inspected it further, and it turned out the design to keep the plate in place is a bad design: It relies on a tiny L shaped piece of metal in the lid, that is supposed to move aside and then click behind the clip on the back of the plate. That L shape is not sturdy enough. It wont withstand the force to push a plate in place as indicated by the manual. Instead it was bend inwards, so it wont grip the clip of the plate anymore. I recalled a retail store had a showmodel, that also had a plate that didn't stay in place, but I attributed that to being misused by many customers playing around with it. Well, was I wrong! I clicked the plate in place only ONCE, and that was seemingly enough to bend the metal hook in the lid. OR maybe it was never properly created in the first place. A $250 - $300 appliance! I'd expected it to be better designed than this. See pictures to further clarify. My quest for the perfect waffle maker unfortunately continues...
