This has been great. Waited over a week to post any results. The first day was definitely a jolt, but by day 2 and 3 things leveled out. My appetite has been relatively low and my energy has been quite high. In terms of cognitive, I work in engineering and in the last 10 days I have completed far more tasks than I have without it because I have been able to really buckle down and concentrate. As someone who was weening myself off of caffeine, I was looking for an alternative with less negative side effects. I happened upon Paraxanthine via some nootropic video recommendation on YouTube. After purchasing this product, I didn't know if it would work or not. In case it did, I paired it with Suntheanine® and Lithium Orotate. I experienced an increased sense of awareness and awakeness. One that carried on into my restful hours. Took a while to fall asleep, and woke up several times during the night. Paraxanthine may be easier on thee adrenals, but it's intense on the wakefulness. I'd recommend it only be taken in the early morning, and for those whose occupations require intense focus. Especially truck drivers going long distances. I'd caution against taking more than 1, 200mg capsule per day.

Been taking these capsules for about 2 weeks now and they give me clean, steady energy without the jitters or a crash, which has been amazing for my workouts and busy workdays. Did nothing but cause stomach issues. No noticeable energy effect.
