Terrible after a reasonably short time passes
I bought this particular chair because of the price point for having a massage function. People saud in reviews it is quite quiet. Wrong!I tried it once and never more. I could barely feel it and yet it was very noisy. Horrible. Not relaxing at all.Then, after a fairly short time, the seat pad compacted and was no longer all that comfortable (I'm a fairly average weight 49yr old 5'6" female so not exactly massive / really heavy)Now the chair will not stay at the height I set it at!! SO annoying. I sit on it and sometimes it stays put but the rest of the time it 'studderingly' (word?) lowers itself from highest point (needed due to my 'desk' height) down to it's lowest setting. So I have to keep standing up and raising the seat.Intend to dump it soon as I can afford a replacement (with a reminder note to self: you get what you pay for). Don't waste your money like I did.

Steer clear!!
What an AWFUL product and company! Was a very poor build quality I had to virtually cobble it together. Didn't mind that so much because it was at least comfy....notice I say 'was'! Cause less than five months after I bought it the hydraulics gave out and the whole things pretty much collapsed on itself! I've emailed the seller and they don't want to know. I know this was cheap but I expected to get at least a years out of it but less than six months is frankly disgraceful! As is the companies refusal to acknowledge the shoddy product they are selling.....STAY WELL CLEAR!!! :(

Assembly needed
Very comfortable chair but could have done with more comprehensible assembly instructions and some (any) guidance on how to use.

It seems like a really good buy but unfortunately after a few months it's fallen apart and broken.

Very comfy chair
Good looking chair and very comfy. Hubby loves it. Great seller just problem with delivery, had to make a 60 mile round trip to the yodel depot to pick it up

Really pleased with this chair
The chair was easy to assemble as the arms, back and seat are already fixed together. The chair is very comfortable and is adjustable to quite be higher than any other office chair I have bought. I haven't tried the massage element yet.

Instructions not that clear but this is amazing value for Money and so comfortable
I love this chair so much! Instructions were not clear at all but one we worked out how to put it together it is now the most comfortable chair that I have ever sat on.
