Very poor quality, sharp edges which is not good for disability users. My husband has Parkinsons and needs these aids, so if I had realized these were from abroad and was not ip to UK spec. I eould not have purchasef Made it worse by when asking to return and get money back the company first offered me 22% when I said no yhey offered me 30% and when I got return label realized I was expected to pay postage back to China. Not good policy by company. Items came in shredded packaging on the inside package so this did not happen in post. No fixing screws, poor quality with sharp edges and when I was offered 3o% back they suggested I give them as gift to someone!!!! Really, steer clear.

Liked look and quality of handle. Have had it fitted by a step in my kitchen. Doesn’t look like an old person’s aid.

What arrived is not the same product as shown in the pictures. A previous buyers photos show the sharp edges, rusty component and difference in method of screwing to the wall.This is not fit for purpose, and could cause injury.A swift return is agreed but with buyer paying return postage. Unacceptable.

This grab rail is perfect for my new wet room. It’s extremely sturdy and gives me stability and increased safety for my poor balance and mobility. It’s attractive and looks really good.

Nothing to dislike, installed to support me out of the shower.
