not a big detox fan but i love using this as needed to clean the systems out

I recently had surgery, I wanted a detox tea to clean my system. This tea is gentle, add a hint of honey and you’re good to go

So, decided to try this cuz my fitness professional friends were talking about it - not really trying to lose weight, but stuck with those last 5 lbs. Didn’t expect anything to happen & when I dropped 3 lbs the first 8 days I was in shock. Didn’t drink any for 2 days and went up by a single lb, then 2 days back into it I dropped another 2 lbs. Actually lost those last 5 without changing anything else in my life, though I must explain that I eat incredibly healthy & workout an hour a day, plus walk my dogs an hour a day, plus get at least 30k steps a day. That being said, this is my normal life & I didn’t add or subtract anything except the tea to FINALLY hit my goal! Have been stuck 5 lbs away for 6+ months! Now having a friend test it to see what happens to her. Will update after she completes her 14 days.

I used to drink this in high school when I worked out a lot so I thought I’d try it again. Still has the horrid taste to it. I add honey and drink it cold usually. Probably doesn’t work but gives you that mental state of mind.

Main thing is, It Works! Taste is not great and I don’t find adding any sugar, etc. makes it better. Drinking a hot mug is most palatable for me. But that’s me. It does the job and that’s what counts!

Fit tea is what you put into it. If you work out and eat right, you notice a difference. The taste is not soothing but, let’s be honest, you’re probably not drinking it for the taste.

So I use to buy this product but something changed drank the tea in an empty stomach like it suggested and I threw up felt nauseous and it was so unexpected that it stayed in my mouth til I got to the restroom. So far bad experience.

This is honestly so good. I hate that I like it because it's a "Skinny Tea" but I do feel like it's a great detox and cleanse and gives me SO much energy; more than coffee! Great flavor.
