Best bang for your buck!
I shopped around on Amazon to find one that would give me most bang for my buck and this one fit the mold! I get awful restless legs and when I take these capsules it improves my restless legs dramatically. The best part is the serving size is only one capsule which is perfect because take a few other things at night. Overall worth it!

I have a difficult time sleeping. I slept so good after taking this. However, I worry that 700 mg. Is too much magnesium when the recommended dose is 300 mg.
