Poor After-Sales Support/ NO WARRANTY
Do not buy this product. Within 10 months, the jet spray started leaking due to an internal handle/regulator issue. Nothing was broken externally. The technician confirmed it looked like a manufacturing defect and sent proof to the company. Hindware rejected the warranty claim without explanation. Very disappointing service. A product failing within a year should not be dismissed like this. Had to buy a replacement at my own cost. Poor quality and worse customer support

Good product.
I jave bought 4 or 5 of it. Doesn't leak doesn tear off. You can buy this. It's better than any other big brands also. Handle is a little small for ppl who are used to longer handles. Once you get used to it It's not a problem. I installed it myself. Very easy.
