Buyer beware!
My boyfriend got me this for xmas.Xmas.. hypnotic poison is the ONLY perfume I wear.. and have for years.. this is not the same! The bottle is different and the scent is way off. Original Hypnotic Poison by Dior is not a dark purplish bottle.. stick to buying this from reputable retailers.

Genuine Hypnotic Poison?
My wife loves Hypnotic Poison and has used it for years. I usually ordered directly from the Christian Dior website... Unfortunately, I really regret not doing it this time! The quality of what we was questionably - the scent didn't last very long, it was watery, and had a strong alcohol smell.I contacted the seller and received, in part, the following response: "During shipping, the item will experience some drastic temperature changes but it will recover within a few days. This, of course, is normal for fragrances and will not affect the long-term use of the products as items shipped to department store are shipped the same way." Well, we have never had this sort of problem with the fragrances we have ordered directly from the Christian Dior website...
