The Trexflow TF Digital Wide Band Air Fuel Ratio Gauge (TF-AFR-11) is a high-performance device designed to monitor the air-fuel ratio (AFR) in vehicles. This gauge comes with an OEM sensor and features a digital display that provides accurate readings, making it an essential tool for tuning and optimizing engine performance. Pros: Accurate Readings: The wide band technology provides precise AFR measurements, which is crucial for tuning performance engines and ensuring optimal combustion. User-Friendly Display: The 4-digit digital display is clear and easy to read, even in bright light conditions, allowing for quick assessment of engine performance. OEM Sensor Included: The package comes with a high-quality OEM sensor, ensuring compatibility and reliability right out of the box. Interchangeable with Other Models: The gauge is designed to interchange with popular models such as 30-4100 and 30-4110, offering flexibility for users with different setups. Robust Build Quality: Made with durable materials, the gauge is built to withstand the rigors of automotive environments, including vibrations and temperature changes. Cons: Requires Professional Installation: While it is user-friendly, installing the gauge may require some mechanical knowledge and tools, making it less accessible for beginners. Calibration Needs: Users may need to calibrate the sensor periodically for the most accurate readings, which could be a drawback for those who prefer a more maintenance-free experience. Potential Lag in Readings: Some users report a slight delay in the gauge's response time to changes in AFR, which could affect immediate tuning adjustments. Ideal Use Cases: Performance Tuning: Perfect for automotive enthusiasts and tuners looking to optimize engine performance by monitoring AFR in real-time. Engine Diagnostics: Useful for diagnosing issues related to fuel mixtures, helping to identify lean or rich conditions that can lead to engine problems. Racing Applications: A valuable tool for racers needing to fine-tune their vehicles for optimal performance on the track. Overall The Trexflow TF Digital Wide Band Air Fuel Ratio Gauge is a reliable and accurate tool for anyone serious about engine performance. With its high-quality OEM sensor, clear digital display, and robust design, it caters well to both enthusiasts and professionals in the automotive field. While installation may require some expertise, the benefits of precise AFR monitoring far outweigh this minor inconvenience, making it a worthwhile investment for those looking to enhance their vehicle's performance.

I like that this o2 sensor sits flush with the end of the weld in bung when installed. It does not protude into the exhaust pipe. I am installing this on an older motorcycle to set the mechanical carburetor jetting to maximize fuel mileage and performance. My pipe is 1.5Inch in diameter so I did not want anything restricting flow any more than needed. The kit instructions state the O2 sensor will take accurate readings when just mounted flush with the end of the bung. The bung has to be welded in and they give you a plug to install if you want the sensor out. The sensor comes calibrated to the gage. The instructions state do not power anything. up until everything is plugged in and in place or a base recalibration will be required. They do tell you how to do that. The probe will work with methanol, gasoline, and CNG (compressed natural gas). It will display AFR or Lambda which you can choose by using micro switches on the back of the display. The harnesses are long enough for my application. THe sensor can also be downstream of the exhaust valve 30 inches and still function accurately. The gauge is made to go in a dash hole or gauge bracket. They give you an angled bezel -see photos- and a steel u bracket to hold the gauge in. The key to this working well is the welding of the bung leaving no leaks and angled so the O2 sensor sits at a 10 degree or more angle upwards so moisture can not accumulate on the tip of the sensor when the exhaust cools down.

Came complete and seems to be accurate swapped this out for a broken AEM one and readings seem consistent with what it was before. Not sure how much id trust it over time but for now it seems relatively accurate and consistent. Seems like a knock off bosch sensor so id imagine if needed you could replace as needed.
