Up until yesterday, I really liked this heating pad. It is a good size and gets really warm. My only gripe is that I wish it had a lower temperature setting. Even 1 is sometimes too hot for me.However, this changed yesterday. It started blinking and would not stop. I removed the plug, unplugged it, held down buttons, left it unplugged overnight, and no change. I bought a junky heating pad at Walgreens 10 years ago for $12 and it still works. This one didn’t make it two months.Unfortunately, I am outside the warranty. Seller: if you have any integrity and want to make things right then here’s your chance.

Great size but it gets SO HOT! I have to keep it on the lowest setting. Seems to be holding up ok so far.

This was a gift for my arthritic sister. She absolutely loves it, says she even puts it in her bed just before bedtime. It's a great relief for her back. Something that brings such relief to her as well worth the money. Highly recommend it!

This burned out and died after 2 months. The control panel would immediately flash after being plugged in and continue flashing whenever it wasn’t turned on, so I could never leave it plugged while not in use. One night while I was using it for about 5 minutes, it just suddenly made a cracking noise and I saw that it was smoking so I unplugged it and that was it. Lasted 2 months. It’s big, but not all of it was equally hot. Not worth the price.EDIT: the company reached out and issued me a refund for the faulty product. A+ customer service

The first one I received stopped working within a week and they immediately sent me out a replacement. That was great!!! But this one lasted a couple of months and it died as well. The controller flashes the same error code as the previous one did. Another issue is that all the temperature settings feel the same, very hot.

Purchased in October, worked great at first but now no longer working. I’m very disappointed as this was one of the more expensive ones.
