Pilar cream
This cream is okay. I wouldn't say that it did anything for a small cyst I had, but I'm not sure if I was using it correctly. Ingredients are good, and the cream has a nice consistency. It smells of menthol and feels very cooling and soothing.

Surprisingly Effective
All of my long life, I've had a small bump along my hairline. Ever since early childhood. Never bothered me, it was just there. For some reason, in the past couple months, it started to get a slight bit larger. Only discovered recently what that small bump was. Then this cream came along and I thought that I'd try it out. Takes only the tiniest bit for each use. What shocked me is that overnight the new growth that I had referred to had completely gone away. The lifelong base of the bump is still there, but much smaller. That has some extremely dense substance inside and will take a long time, I'm sure, to fully go away with continued use. Of course, I really don't know what will happen, but I'm already highly impressed and pleased with the drastic difference that I'm seeing so far. It's clean but can be a bit greasy. Don't need to use much at all, so it's really not an issue. So far, I can highly recommend this for those who might have such issues. Made in the USA.
