Is this item still plastic wrapped to show that it hasn't been tampered with?

If it says “sold and shipped by Amazon” it is 100% not tampered with. Good luck with the vendors that resell though, best way to know if it’s tampered with us if they seal it with plastic wrap to make it look new but the seem at where the plastic wrap meets will be hard and ridged. Lots of dishonest sellers taking the good pulls, resealing the boosters and weighing the packs and resealing the box
