I don t want to blame anyone as this can happen sometimes. But please, be careful when buying this as it s full of mould. You can smell it through that plastic film

This is 480g, not 500g This is great. I bought this twice. But both times it was 480g. I'm disappointed that it's not 500g.

Great for making Dubai style chocolate

Weird smell
It was fine. The package was dented and it did has a weird smell.

I wanted to make the viral Dubai Chocolate bar for the first time and wanted to use only THE BEST ingredients. I used organic butter and turned it into brown butter ghee and fried these shredded raw Kadayif until they were toasted and golden in the ghee. Then I stirred in a 100% pistachio butter from Italy (no sugar, no oils, no milk). I put some milk chocolate in a chocolate bar mold and added sea salt & froze it. Then I added the Kadayif mixture and froze. Finally topped off with milk chocolate and sea salt again. Divinely delicious!

This product was great. Removed the hassle of cutting the doughup. It was ready to butter roast and did the job in a shorter time. Tastes amazing.
