This chocolate is evidently of the highest quality, though sadly for me largely prohibitive in cost. If I choose to buy it again it will have to be a decidedly," Once in a blue moon", occurence. Yes, it's marginally cheaper to buy this in bar form. However, being in individual squares makes it more appreciable and easier to savour over a (Slightly) longer period. Subsequently making it more of a special sociable experience . As so often here an opened bar is soon a distant memory. Increasingly I would rather have less chocolate but with a greater impact, making it healthier and transcending beyond being a mere comfort measure. This chocolate is positively memorable with a lower bitterness than most bars with this cocoa content and with distinct and very pleasant caramel and nut overtures . The rarer cocoa used is interesting and adds some degree of fascination, though as I am not vastly knowledgable in this field it has to be ostensibly about the flavour. The product is beautifully packaged as befitting a premium product. All I can say is that I've wholey enjoyed this remarkable, if all too fleeting visit along my continuing pilgrimage following Willie Wonka's chocolatier wisdom towards cocoa enlightenment . I have awarded this five stars, of course some people will loathe this product. Any flavour profile will always be deemed at differing points along the enjoyment spectrum. I am definitely happy to have encountered it. I don't think anyone would regret availing themselves of this opportunity of trying a true exemplar of it's species even if ultimately it falls short of fulfilling their idea of chocolate perfection.
