I'm only 5'2" and this just fits without being too big, but I do have to tighten it so half the Velcro is not being used. Even with only half the Velcro connected to get a tight fit around my neck, the brace works great! And because you can pump it, it puts you in control of how much stretch you're comfortable with. The directions didn't mention that you first need to adjust the ball that is inside the tube. There is a little metal ball inside the tube preventing air from going in or out. Once you adjust it you can use the squeeze pump to control the air flow.I had whiplash and have 4 herniated discs in my neck and this has really helped manage the pain!

I really wanted this to work, it has beautiful color and soft material.But I think it may be to soft and does stretch neck, it just slides up my head. Had an $8 one that was fabulous, but popped

I have cervical issues with a few disks that bother me. I decided to try this to give me relief when my neck is giving me issues. The fit is ok, I do think it could be better, but it's not horrible. It's easy to use and it does provide pain relief for me when I need it. It's easy to take with me where I go. The sliding of the ball to lock it in place and to release the air tool some getting use to, but I did get use to it.

I used to have one with only two pillow things, this one has three and it works a lot better.

Meh. Seemed to relieve pain temporarily but it was difficult to find the right amount to pump it up that was comfortable and effective yet not potentially dangerous.
