super watch ,Great everyday watch with a clean, classic field design. The Arabic numerals are easy to read, and the Eco-Drive technology is a huge plus—no battery changes needed. It keeps accurate time and feels durable enough for daily wear. The leather strap looks good, though it can feel a bit stiff at first. Water resistance is solid for normal use, and the overall size is comfortable on the wrist. A reliable, good-looking watch with excellent value for the price.

This is my third Citizen "Weekender" watch -- these watches offer a great value, handsome looks, and the versatility to pair equally well with a sports coat or a jean and tee shirt. The light powered charging works flawlessly, and the the watch keeps good time, to within a few seconds per month. It is easy to set, and with the filed watch design it is easy to read, even in low light. I like the fairly large size of the face, and don't notice the light weight when I wear it.

The watch looks great and fits well. The watch band needed changed because the watch would rotate around my wrist. The band is thicker by the watch and tapers down toward the buckle making it rotate. This is a very good watch though.

This was my 1st Citizen watch and I really like it. Came in a nice box. Found it on a good sale price. Both Citizen website and local jewelry shops had 100% mark up on it. Amazon hands down had the best price. $145 to $175 is normal. Its a very neat and clean watch. Eco drive is where its at. Simple design, the dial is crisp and easy to read. Glad I bought it.

I’ve had this watch for just over a year. Well made, extremely accurate and very handsome. For a casual watch this is a terrific choice.

I've had it for a week. As long as it proves reliable I'm totally pleased with this watch. I didn't want a piece of jewelry. I wanted a time keeping device. I wanted something that was the right size for my wrist. 42 mm works well. I wanted a plain dial with numerals for each hour and easily visible second markers. This is better than I hoped for. It exceeds my aesthetic requirements. The date window is small enough that it doesn't interfere with the design of the dial. The lume is satisfactory for me. I have the "blue" dial. The blue is very dark and has to be viewed in bright sunlight at an angle to look blue. I like that. It's very rare for me, but this is exactly what I was looking for.

Lots of reviewers have said that the pictures don't do the watch justice and that is certainly the case for the reviewers' pictures. Here's a closeup of the blue dial version with a Bond NATO on my 6 3/4 inch wrist. For my taste the watch is a little big for a "field watch", especially on my wrist. It looks a lot more like a Flieger Type A flying watch, which certainly isn't a bad thing, especially for those who like their sports watches to command attention. This baby is readable from across the room and will doubtless attract interest and comments. If you like your watches to be subtle, you may want to look for something more discrete. Otherwise, the watch is impressive, with a second hand that hits the indices, 100m water resistance, screw down back, high contrast matt dial, Eco-drive, etc. I'm warming up to the size and for larger wrists and/or more flamboyant personalities, this watch should be perfect. It's time-keeping was also excellent at +5 sec/month. With a dozen timepieces in my regular rotation, a quartz movement is a must. I like to have the correct time and I learned my lesson about automatics when I literally wore out the crown threads on my Orient Mako over four years of resetting that silly watch every few days. If you don't care too much about the time, get an automatic; otherwise, a watch with a quartz movement is the way to go. Oh, if you (like me) were gnashing your teeth about the 21mm lug width, you may be pleased to know that all my 22mm straps work ok, which is a relief considering how many already own.
